Amy's Yoga Retreat" was a delightful little project shot without a video camera but instead a small digital hand held camera as an experiment and edited on site at a Yoga retreat in Costa Rica with Amy Gordon. Jennifer studies with and substitute teaches Yoga for Amy Gordon in Wayne Pennsylvania. Amy's Yoga Retreat provided the viewer with an overview of what to expect at the Boca Sombrea a Yoga retreat on the Osa peninsula in southwest Costa Rica. January 2011.
